25th Anniversary of the Berlin Wall Falling
Yesterday, November 9, was the twenty-fifth anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. To commemorate the occasion, Berlin created "Lichtgrenze 2014" (Lightborder 2014), an installation of ballons along the 9.5-mile path of the wall. Alan Taylor has compiled some photos of the installation over at In Focus, as well as some photos of the Wall era.
