Hotwash (n., HOT-wash)
A term for a post-event wrap-up meeting to evaluate what went well, what went wrong, and what can be done better. It's an old Army term, from the practice of dunking weapons in extremely hot water to remove the major debris before cleaning. It is not a typo of "hogwash", although a hotwash does not necessarily exclude hogwash.
