Rejoinder (n., re-JOIN-der)
A reply, especially a sharp and witty one. Originally, this term referred to a "defendant's answer to the plaintiff's reply or replication," to which some lawyer undoubtedly said, "If you know so much about replication, why don't you tell me whether or not androids dream of electric sheep?"
