Word of the Day

Broach (v./n., BROACH)

To bring up something or announce it, or to pierce something to draw out liquid. Also a sharp, pointed tool using for broaching something. We include that third, infrequently-used definition to tell you that broaching things involves pain but it is worth it.

Gif of the Day

It didn't just happen once, either.

Oldweb.today

Oh, this is fun. Oldweb.today lets you view websites as they looked in the past, on Netscape Navigator (!), Internet Explorer 4.0 (!), and Safari 3.2.3 (!). (By comparison, Internet Explorer is up to version 11, Safari is up to version 9, and Netscape Navigator is defunct, RIP.)

A really fun diversion. And remember: the web browsers are old, so it's probably better to try "I'm feeling random!" than try a 2015 website.
