Word of the Day

Lassitude (n., LASS-ih-toode)

A state of weariness or lethargy. It is important to note that although "lassitude" sounds magnificent, you need to say it carefully. If pronounced excitedly, it loses all meaning (listening at you, Google pronouncer). This word needs to be pronounced with boredom and defeat, as our dictionary's pronouncer demonstrates so well.

Victor Borge and Sahan Arzruni - Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2

I've seen two people play a single instrument before but not quite like this:

These two are so good that they can not only pull off the comedy well but they do a really good job playing the pice as well. This is a good, good rendition, which is insanely hard when you're trying to keep a straight face and playing over top of someone's hands. Magic, this. Well-practiced magic.
