Marcelo Schultz
Marcelo Schultz is one of our favorite designers despite having an aesthetic that we're not in love with. What we love about Schultz is that he is amazing at the details. Take, for example this design for Nike:

Schultz does an incredible amount of detail in his images. The three below, like many others, all have painstaking amounts of detail. You have to sweat the small things to be good at what you do, but Schultz does details that few do. It's what separates his work from that of talented imitators. His work has as much realism in its texture as creativity, letting it play in multiple spaces.
