The Seattle Seahawks are back in the Super Bowl. I enjoy watching the Seahawks for a lot of reasons but one of the top ones is the way they tackle. If you watch a Seahawks game, you will see very few missed tackles. Turns out that the Seahawks use rugby-influenced tackling principles to help them make sound, physical tackles each time. They've released a video of their techniques, which is well worth watching.
