Kobe scores 60 in farewell game, Golden State breaks record for most wins in a season
We don't feature much sports around here at The Dailies because it's covered better and more than needed literally everywhere else. We recognize artistry and achievement, though, and last night's NBA games had two incredible performances:
Kobe was never a favorite player at Dailies Central—too prickly to be lovable—but goodness, he was a savage artist on the court. And yesterday, he turned back the clock to deliver a masterful performance one last time.
And Golden State...what more needs to be said? They are a complete team, including the coaches. They're led on the court by an incredible basketball talent who amazes us consistently but feature a deeply versatile, tough group of talented players. 73 wins in 82 games—especially on a travel-heavy Western Conference schedule—is quite an accomplishment.
A night for the ages.
