The Dailies sits in a louder section of the office. Anytime we need to think or write, the headphones go on and the white noise gets played. It's the best thing we've found to allow us to think.
There's lots of white noise generators and videos online but we've always appreciated Noisli for its simple interface, nature sounds, and shifting color backgrounds. And that's the free version—you can sign up and get access to the timer, favorites, and other options. It's a nice set of features and a good productivity enhancer.
