Ludo Lefebvre is a chef who's popped up all over the globe and internet. Recently, he visited the Jean-Yves Bordier Butter factory in France to see how butter is made and make some for one of his restaurants:
I'm not sure what's crazier: how much work goes into making butter or how much the butter changes throughout the process. Either way, Lefebvre's look of delight halfway through is fantastic.
