Prattle (v., PRAT-ull)

To talk, but to keep talking, especially about something that doesn't matter or has no meaning. It's like a sports talk host, if the sports talk host didn't have anything worth talking about, which is most of the time. You know, they go on and on with some hairbrained idea and they expect you to sit there listening to it. It's ridiculous. I'm gonna change the channel. I'm not gonna give them any more of my attention. It's not fair. My ears don't deserve that.

A Tree Grows In Brooklyn in Pejac's street art

The Spanish street artist Pejac has created some tree-based street art in New York City. This one especially caught our eye:

I am very happy to finally share pictures of my first work made in New York. ‘Fossil’ works as a harbinger of a hypothetical fatal future where the only memory we have of nature is the fossilized form of a tree in a brick wall. This work can be found at 27 Scott Ave. Brooklyn. The Freeze is back

Last season, the Atlanta Braves started a between-innings game called Beat The Freeze. One fan would race The Freeze along the length of the warning track. The fan would get a significant head start. The Freeze would usually win. This year, The Freeze is back.
