Patrick Joust's nighttime photos
This is about as far from yesterday as we can go. Patrick Joust is a photographer based near Baltimore, and he shoots a lot of old towns at dusk or evening. Joust almost always seems to have a streetlight in his photos (as well as a car), and his use of light is always terrific. Joust's photos are still life, but the light is a character.
