Coiffure (n./v., KWAAH-fyuure)
A hairstyle, especially an elaborate one, or to arrange hair. Yes, it is a French word. There's a shortened North American version of this, "coif", but if you're going to use a word that describes something elaborate, why would you use a shortened, one-syllable version of the word? "KWAAAAAHfyuuuuure." That's the sound of an expensive haircut. That sound belongs in a Maserati. Don't use cheap versions of the real thing. Use the real thing.
