Yesterday at the office, a couple of us were discussing the fonts on the Sriracha bottle:

One person realized that this was a screenshot from Fonts In Use. "There's a website for everything," she said. Fonts In Use is the website you need if a) you want to know what font is on that thing, b) you want to see how a font can be used in the real world, and c) you want to get ideas about choosing and pairing fonts. They've been around since 2010 and have almost 10,000 cataloged examples in their database. There are options to sort by font, by the type of industry the thing is for (for example, if you wanted to determine what the font on the Shepard Fairey Obama "Hope" poster was, you'd find it under "politics"), and the type of medium the font was used in (book, print, packaging, etc.). It's a spectacularly useful website, both for quick questions and for nerding out.
Fonts In Use won't make you better at using fonts, but it will help you see things can be combined into an attractive visual rhythm. Go check it out.
